Product Introduction
This is our 40 GSM PP Spunbond Non-woven Fabric. It can be used as a disposable covering on your Spa Treatment Table's, Tattoo Beds, Lash Extension Beds, Massage Tables or Hospital Beds. Our 40gsm Nonwoven Fabric is made with single beam (S) spunbond technique using only 100% virgin polypropylene resin. It gives a nice soft feeling and is smooth. Your customer will enjoy laying on our Nonwoven Bed Sheet and not have any skin to skin contact with the upholstery on your tables.
Instead of using Cotton or Flannel bed sheets which you would have to wash after each use. Roll our Nonwoven Sheet over your table, cut to your desired length and dispose of it after each use. It is water resistant, won't leave lint and very light weight. Great to have in your Salon, Spa, Tattoo Studio or Hospital.

Feels Soft
Our 40 GSM Nonwoven Fabric is very thin but has a great feel to it. It feels almost like cloth. If your looking for something thicker we can make that for you as well. But most customers enjoy the feel of our Nonwoven Sheet.
Won't Leave Lint
Since we bond our Nonwoven Fabric thermally there is no chemicals involved in the bonding process. So there will be minimal to no lint left behind.

FAQ
Q: What GSM should I go with for disposable bed sheets?
A: 40 GSM is what most people use for spa/tattoo/ lash beds. You will find that it is a good weight and soft enough for your customer to use. We can do anything from 30 to 100 gsm if you would like something thicker for hospital under pad's or 30gsm for face rest cover etc.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: 40gsm spun bond is not 100% waterproof but it will resist most liquids such as oil's ink and other fluids used while giving a service. If you would like our waterproof option we can provide this just ask us.
Q: Do you sell pre cut sheets?
A: We normally sell our product in roll form. As you are able to cut it to any length you require at the location. But if you would like sheets pre cut for you let us know and we can look into this.
Q: How many widths can I get in?
A: We can supply roll width's from 100mm up to 3200mm. Most common widths would be 80cm for a massage table. 100cm to 120cm wide for tattoo beds and 150cm-180cm wide for hospital bed sheets. We can slit to your desired width.
Q: Can I get this in different colours?
A: Yes we can dye this fabric to any colour you would like. White being the most popular due to hygiene reasons. Blue, Pink, Green are also common colours. Min order of 1000kgs for custom colours.
Q: Will my customer be ok with skin contact?
A: Yes our fabric is made from 100% virgin pp resin no chemicals used. Hypo-allergic, AZO Free, SGS and OEKO-TEX tested. Safe for skin contact.
Q: How do I dispose of the sheets when finished?
A: You can recycle this if your area has PP recycling available. Otherwise can be disposed of as normal rubbish. No harmful fumes when burnt.
Q: What certificates can you provide?
A: Azo free certificates, SGS, COA and OEKO-TEX certificates can be supplied. More certificates can be provided upon request.
Q: What is your min order quantity?
A: 1000kgs per colour and specification. We can send you sample material for you to try out before ordering.
