SMMS Nonwoven fabric with AR/AS treatment
HG has developed a surface modifier to modify the physical properties of SMMS nonwoven fabric. It is combined with the PP polymer fibers of the invention to form an admixture. The surface modifier is added prior to melt processing of the polymer to produce fibers. As a result, the alcohol repellency and the antistatic properties are dramatically improved.

About HG Nonwoven:
HG Nonwoven Machinery is located in Pujiang county, Zhejiang province. 10 minitues drive from Yiwu airport. We started to manufacture nonwoven lines since 2014. Our machine production workshop are CE and IS0:9001 certified with production area of more than 5,000 square meters. In 2020, we begin to manufacture polypropylene spunbond and spunmelt nonwoven fabrics. Totally we have 60 workers for the non-woven production lines manufacturing and non-woven fabrics production, including 10 engineers and designers for nonwoven fabric. We have 5 production lines, including single beam Spunbond, double beam Spunbond, SMS, with daily output of maximum 50 tons.
