The die is a main component of the spinning box equipment in the production of spunbonded non-woven fabric. It is a molten polymer fluid which acts to evenly distribute the molten fluid from the spinning box to make the product transversely gram. The redistribution is uniform, simply like a hanger. Depending on the width of the product to be produced, there are different modes such as double die and 4 die. The larger the product width, the more the die is graded.
