Properties: Dipping is the wetting of the fabric through the glue, so that the fabric fibers are immersed in the glue to improve the adhesion of the fabric to the rubber. The surface of rayon, synthetic fiber and glass fiber cord is smooth, and the adhesion of the rubber to the fiber can be significantly improved after dipping the glue. A commonly used immersion liquid is an aqueous emulsion in which natural latex is combined with resorcinol formaldehyde resin. The dipping equipment includes a dipping tank, a drying chamber, a heat stretching and winding device, and can also be connected with the calender to form a cord dipping, pasting and rubbing linkage production line. For glass fiber cords, before the phenolic aldehyde emulsion is immersed, an aqueous emulsion containing a silicone surface coupling agent is first immersed to improve the adhesion between the rubber and the glass fibers. The cotton cord is impregnated with phenolic latex, which can also significantly improve the durability of the tire.
